New tatting patterns created

Tatters are typically generous people. Perhaps it’s because creating lace is a “lost art” don’t you know! (No, I didn’t know I am lost! LOL)

We present 3 new patterns today from the talented designer Muskaan:

Star Anise Studs by Muskaan

She writes, “This decorative addition to any old studs is a result of my Cluny tatting learning experience.” What a great way to upcycle! Now, where is that earring I lost the mate to?

Gerbera Lace by Muskaan

Here, Muskaan reworks a pattern previously published as a motif into a great bookmark. She decided since the central flowers look very pretty in all white, she would name this lace Gerberas.

Curly Cross Pendant by Muskaan

Building on Ninetta’s wonderful Curled Rings technique, Muskaan came up with this beauty. It looks particularly nice in size 40 thread. For tips and patterns, please visit her blog: http://www.tipsaroundthehome.blogspot.in and as always, comments are always welcome!

See you in class!
